Values​

TicketsPermissions.MANAGE​

Allows user to open support tickets, follow, comment on and delete the tickets they opened, and view the feature request roadmap.

TicketsPermissions.VIEW_ALL​

Allows user to view every ticket opened in the company, without the right to comment on or delete the ones opened by other users.

TicketsPermissions.MANAGE_ALL​

Allows user to manage every ticket opened in the company, including viewing, commenting on and deleting tickets opened by other users.
